Previous Experience In Marine Industry: Candidates For The Dock Master Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In The Marine Industry, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As Marina Manager Or Dockhand. This Will Ensure They Have A Solid Understanding Of Boat Operations And Customer Service In A Marina Setting.
