Job Description

At Brunswick, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support for various departments, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and driving sound decision making. To be successful in this role, you should be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and be comfortable working with large datasets. If you have an exceptional ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and maintain financial models for use in the analysis of business operations and the development of business strategies.
  2. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and generate insights to aid decision-making processes.
  3. Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy of data and proper documentation.
  4. Monitor and analyze company performance against budget and forecast expectations.
  5. Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives.
  7. Support strategic projects, including market research, cost/benefit analysis, and pricing strategies.
  8. Identify process improvements to optimize efficiencies and reduce costs.
  9. Develop and recommend strategies to improve profitability and cash flow.
  10. Analyze financial data to inform and advise senior management on financial and business decisions.
