Brunswick is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! This individual must be a customer-focused professional who is organized, dependable, and eager to assist our customers with providing exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and be highly organized. The ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team is also essential.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. • Provide helpful assistance to customers by answering questions and suggesting solutions. • Investigate and resolve customer complaints. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. • Maintain customer records and update customer information in the customer service database. • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers. • Monitor customer service trends and suggest improvements to customer service processes. • Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are being met. • Adhere to industry regulations and company policies and procedures.
