Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Compliance Officer to join our Brunswick team. This role is a critical part of our organization, and requires a candidate who is passionate about compliance and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and a dedication to maintaining compliance.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least five years of professional experience in a compliance-related role, preferably within a financial services organization. They must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of regulations and internal policies, and must be able to analyze and interpret data to identify potential compliance risks. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
  3. Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Provide training and guidance on compliance issues to staff and management.
  5. Perform periodic reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  6. Develop and review necessary compliance-related documentation.
  7. Respond to inquiries from government agencies, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
  8. Investigate potential compliance issues, recommend corrective action, and report findings to senior management.
  9. Maintain records of all compliance activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Assist in developing and updating internal policies and procedures related to compliance.
