Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Compliance Officer to join our team at Brunswick! As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company and our employees adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, have a thorough understanding of compliance principles, and the ability to provide creative solutions to complex compliance issues. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  2. Identify and assess areas of compliance risk.
  3. Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Maintain and update the company’s compliance database.
  5. Analyze new and existing laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance.
  6. Create and present reports to management on compliance issues.
  7. Provide advice and guidance on compliance matters to management and employees.
  8. Investigate and respond to complaints and allegations of non-compliance.
  9. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance.
  10. Create and deliver training on compliance topics to employees.
