Responsibilities:

• Monitor the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents and ensure they are met
• Develop and implement care plans for each resident, according to their individual needs
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Medication administration and management
• Monitor resident health and safety
• Work collaboratively with family members and other staff to ensure the best care for residents
• Maintain accurate records of resident care
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding senior care standards
