Memory Care Program Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement therapeutic activities and programs for residents with dementia, tailored to their individual needs and interests.
2. Assist in the daily care of residents with dementia, including feeding, hygiene, and medication management.
3. Maintain professional and compassionate interaction with residents, family members, and staff.
4. Monitor and document resident behaviors and activities.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families.
6. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
7. Assist with transporting residents to appointments and activities.
8. Assist in the planning and implementation of special events for residents.
9. Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
10. Participate in ongoing training and continuing education.
