Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized assistance to residents in a respectful manner
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff
• Encourage residents to take part in activities and social events
• Serve meals to residents and help with food preparation
• Answer residents’ calls for help and provide emotional support
• Ensure that the resident’s environment is safe and comfortable
• Assist in housekeeping activities, such as changing bed linens, vacuuming, and dusting
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
