Head Coach - Women's Tennis

Provide leadership and coaching expertise to prepare the team to represent the College in a positive manner at all practice sessions and scheduled athletic contests. Cultivate an environment for the team that promotes success in in and out of the classroom, good sportsmanship, open communications, team discipline, and respect for all. Participate in fundraising efforts to support sport team and the athletic department. Encourage and promote the academic success of all student athletes and make appropriate referrals to campus resources for those in need of academic support. Uphold and enforce all the rules of the NJCAA, Region XIX, Garden State Athletic Conference and the college's student athlete code of conduct. Conduct team practice sessions that encourage skill development and teamwork. Attend the Region XIX and/or Garden State Athletic Conference meetings, professional development or sport meetings.
