Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic senior level software engineer to directly contribute to Wireless LAN Access products. Develop and enhance Broadcom’s core 802.11 WLAN driver, and in particular the datapath. Resolve system level performance, size, and memory issues related to WLAN integration on various platforms. We’re writing C code and you must be an excellent C coder. You will have the opportunity to gain expertise in various technical areas and help drive new features and roadmap.

Job Qualifications

  • 12+ years of related experience is required

  • Prior experience working in the data path of Wireless LAN device driver

  • Linux or BSD driver and kernel development, 7+ years

  • Experience optimizing embedded software for memory and performance
