In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and account management services to our valued customers using our VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solution. As a VCF SAM, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business success.   1. Provide exceptional support and account management services to customers using Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solution.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate teams as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  5. Understand customer needs and requirements to provide customized solutions and recommendations.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze customer usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  7. Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training and guidance on the use of VCF.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in VCF technology to effectively support customers and provide product feedback to internal teams.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to help drive business growth.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and update relevant systems and databases.
  11. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and online chat.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute account plans and strategies for customer retention and growth.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer satisfaction and account performance.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver a high level of customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Vcf Support Account Manager At Broadcom Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Virtual Chassis Fabric (Vcf) Technology And Be Able To Troubleshoot Complex Issues Related To Vcf Deployments. A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field Is Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Vcf Sam, You Will Be Responsible For Managing The Relationship With Broadcom's Key Customers. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For Effectively Conveying Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Customer Service Experience: The Role Of A Vcf Support Account Manager Requires Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Technical Support Or Account Management Capacity, Is Highly Desirable.

  • Project Management Skills: The Vcf Sam Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Customer Accounts Simultaneously, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Issues And Meeting Customer Expectations. Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Timelines, Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Team Player: The Vcf Support Account Manager Will Collaborate Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Engineering, And Product Management, To Address Customer Needs.
