UX Designer

Working closely with product teams to dive deeply into customers’ journey to identify problems, re-frame into opportunities, and co-create requirements and design plans. Conducting fundamental qualitative and quantitative research to drive design direction and interface with Product Management and customers as needed. Mapping in-depth customer journeys, visualizing concepts, building scalable information architecture, creating systematic workflows, designing intuitive interactions, and prototyping. Crafting mockups with appropriate levels of fidelity, following our standard visual design guidelines, creating beautiful and effective designs, delivering detailed specs and assets to agile Engineer teams, verifying UI implementation quality, and tracking success. Communicating directly with product and engineering teams through the whole design process, articulating design decisions to different levels of audiences, and facilitating cross-function collaboration. Teaming with other ESD UX Designers inside and outside of the team on complex challenges.
