User Researcher
As a user researcher you will be the lead cat herder organizing and facilitating meaningful customer research. Planning, running/facilitating, and summarizing Design Thinking Workshops. Direct customer engagement that results in meaningful outcomes and actionable insights. Usability testing of UX designs and software solutions. Advocate for the insights we gather from our users and drive insights into plans. Maintain and improve our persona library to best represent our users. Support the UX design team with research best practices and collateral. Bring your unique perspective and skills to be an integral part of our extended UX team.
6+ years of experience in user research.
Experience working with a cross-disciplinary team including UX, Product Management, Software Development
Familiarity with Design Thinking and running Design Thinking Workshops
