  1. Provide technical support to customers regarding Broadcom's VCF product, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VCF, utilizing knowledge of the product and industry best practices.
  3. Utilize strong understanding of VMware and virtualization technologies to support customers with VCF deployments and integrations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to address customer concerns and drive product improvements.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times, effectively communicating with customers and maintaining a positive relationship.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in VCF and other relevant technologies to provide knowledgeable and efficient support.
  7. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
  8. Identify and escalate critical customer issues to appropriate teams and management, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  9. Participate in customer training sessions and provide technical guidance and recommendations to optimize their use of VCF.
  10. Continuously improve and streamline support processes to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues: A Technical Support Engineer At Broadcom Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Vcf Software And Hardware.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Vcf Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Vcf Technology, Including Its Architecture, Features, And Capabilities. This Will Enable Them To Provide Effective Support To Customers And Assist With Product Development And Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Technical Support Engineer, Clear And Effective Communication Is Crucial When Interacting With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Teams Within The Company. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication, As Well As The Ability To Explain Complex Technical Concepts In A Simple And Understandable Manner.

  • Experience With Customer Support: Previous Experience Working In A Customer Support Role, Preferably In A Technical Capacity, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Provide Timely And Effective Solutions.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Tools And Systems: A Technical Support Engineer At Broadcom Should Be Familiar With Relevant Tools And Systems Used In Their Role, Such As Customer Service Management Software, Remote Desktop Support Tools, And Network Monitoring Systems. This Will Enable Them To Efficiently Manage Customer Cases And Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
