  11. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to customers.
  12. Assist with the development and improvement of technical support processes and procedures.
  13. Train and mentor junior technical support engineers.
  14. Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Represent Broadcom in a professional and knowledgeable manner at industry events and conferences.
