  1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  6. Participate in product testing, bug reporting, and feature enhancement discussions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve technical knowledge.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate potential product or service issues to management.
  9. Assist in onboarding and training new technical support team members.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Technical Support Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Networking Protocols And Troubleshooting Techniques.

  • Experience With Broadcom Products And Technologies, Such As Switches And Routers.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
