Job Description

Lead cross functional development on new technology from design through delivery. Work with remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines. Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and change control. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, roadmap, financial, and/or technical goals. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, schedule and performance. Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. Project management - prioritization , planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments.

Job Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience working directly with cross functional engineering teams, with a deep understanding of software development processes

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to create consensus and negotiate desired outcomes within a diverse team

  • Prior program management experience in semiconductor industry is highly desirable

  • Experience working with remote and global teams
