  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and customers.
  14. Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to relevant teams.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
  17. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand in all customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.
