- Provide technical expertise and solutions to support the sales process and drive successful outcomes for our strategic accounts.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential technical solutions for our strategic accounts.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations to showcase our technology and how it can benefit our strategic accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical inquiries and issues from our strategic accounts, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement or enhancement in our technology offerings to better meet the needs of our strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of our solutions for our strategic accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our strategic accounts.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at our strategic accounts to understand their business needs and provide ongoing support.
- Act as a liaison between our strategic accounts and internal teams, representing their needs and advocating for their success within the company.
- Continuously monitor and track the progress of our strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and support to our strategic accounts.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and procedures to enhance the overall effectiveness of the strategic account solutions team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Sales Or Account Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Networking And Telecommunications Technologies, Such As Tcp/Ip, Ethernet, And Sd-Wan.
Proven Experience In Developing And Delivering Technical Demonstrations And Presentations To Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Decision Makers.
