Job Description

Write highly technical content that describes the product functionality in partnership with stakeholders, customers, and agile teams. Develop videos and tutorials to improve first user experience. Review the user interface (UI), partner with UX designers to suggest ways to make the UI intuitive, and provide content that can be embedded in the UI. Work with the user experience team to deliver meaningful error messages and useful UI strings. Participate in peer reviews for own and other's work. Collect, analyze, and share data to improve the customer's experience by improving the quality of a product's content. Create project plans, maintain schedules for specific projects, and communicate documentation status to documentation manager and stakeholders. Contribute how-to articles, knowledge base articles, videos, and other useful content. Contribute to documentation team processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience with DITA, and content management system (preferably AEM), Rally or Jira.

  • Able to develop and fine-tune documentation processes

  • Able customer requirements and incorporate them into the documentation
