Job Description

Collaborate with engineers, architects and the business to deliver and maintain the Rally production environment. Provide technical leadership and be a role model for Rally DevOps team members. Work with engineering and product to migrate existing containerized services to managed Kubernetes in GCP. Work with engineering and product to migrate Java applications from Vms to managed Kubernetes in GCP. Improve and maintain supporting services and integrations including log aggregation, metrics, dashboards, and paging. Participate in the team's on call rotation. Pair with other engineers to promote skills enhancement and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with our team and other operations teams to implement and improve security, hardening, and compliance.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience including system administration, automation, and configuration management

  • Prior experience supporting high availability production systems running Linux

  • Experience using running customer facing production systems in a public cloud environment: GCP, Azure

  • Ability to work in an agile/iterative development cycle
