Responsible for deep technical pre-sales support of Information Security products within the Symantec portfolio – primarily Symantec Endpoint products including Endpoint Protection and Endpoint Detection and Response. Work closely with Broadcom sales teams to help identify and remove technical barriers needed to achieve Symantec sales outcomes. Drive customer success by partnering with a number of internal and external organizations including technical support teams, product management teams, sales teams, partners and more.
