Job Description

Candidate will support IP and chip teams with technology evaluation for design enablement including PPA, SPICE model, Tech-File (TF) assessment and silicon evaluation. Hands-on experience with test structure layout, verification, simulation, and silicon validation is required. Industry experience in deep sub-micron CMOS process technology, test structure development, device physics/modeling, and working with foundry is required. Experience in advanced FINFET process technology nodes desired. Candidate will also work with internal CAD/Modeling/TF teams and is expected to engage in collaborative new project development on team as well as single person projects. The candidate will be expected to work across multiple facets of projects and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong deep sub-micron CMOS device physics background

  • 7+ years of industry experience, with recent work in advanced FINFET nodes.

  • In-depth knowledge of IC circuit design & design flow

  • Experience with on-wafer characterization and automation

  • Familiarity with standard cell library characterization and CAD tools
