- Develop and implement signal integrity strategies and methodologies for complex printed circuit boards to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define signal integrity requirements and design constraints.
- Conduct signal integrity simulations and analyses to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain design guidelines and best practices for PCB layout and signal integrity.
- Work closely with PCB layout engineers to review and optimize high-speed designs for signal integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve signal integrity issues during design, testing, and production phases.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to validate and verify signal integrity of PCB designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in signal integrity and PCB design, and apply them to improve design processes.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on signal integrity principles and methodologies.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with signal integrity requirements.
- Provide technical support to product development teams and participate in design reviews as the signal integrity subject matter expert.
- Adhere to company standards and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all signal integrity activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on signal integrity status and progress.
- Continuously improve signal integrity processes and techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and timely delivery of high-quality PCB designs with optimal signal integrity.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum 7 Years Of Experience In Pcb Design With A Focus On Signal Integrity.
In-Depth Knowledge Of High-Speed Digital Design Principles And Industry Standards Such As Ddr, Pcie, Usb, And Ethernet.
Proficiency In Simulation Tools Such As Hyperlynx, Siwave, And Cadence Allegro.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Drive Projects To Completion Within A Fast-Paced Environment.
