Senior IC Layout Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop high-performance integrated circuits (IC’s) while adhering to time and budget constraints.
2. Utilize IC development tools to create layout designs.
3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize designs.
4. Execute layout designs for a variety of CMOS processes.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design process.
6. Implement process improvements and efficiencies in order to ensure high-quality IC layout designs.
7. Stay abreast of new technologies, trends and industry best practices.
8. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all IC design processes.
9. Work with other members of the engineering team to ensure successful product launches.
10. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
