  1. Maintain and troubleshoot all aspects of the semiconductor fabrication facility's infrastructure, including but not limited to clean room equipment, HVAC systems, and utilities.
  2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues that may impact production or efficiency.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor and analyze data from various systems to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor fab infrastructure, and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in the facility.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation and be available for emergency repairs during off-hours.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance activities and any potential issues.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to source necessary parts and services for repairs and upgrades.
  13. Proactively identify and implement cost-saving measures and efficiencies without compromising quality.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In A Semiconductor Fabrication Facility.

  • Proficient In Cad Software For Designing And Modifying Infrastructure Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations Related To Semiconductor Facilities.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues Related To Infrastructure Systems, Such As Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.
