  2. Provide Data-driven Recommendations: Utilize data and insights to develop actionable recommendations for sales strategies and initiatives that will drive revenue growth and increase sales efficiency.
  3. Support Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance on sales processes, systems, and tools to ensure sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Develop Sales Reports: Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and provide visibility into sales performance.
  5. Monitor Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance against targets and forecasts, identifying areas of improvement and proactively making recommendations to optimize sales performance.
  6. Proactively Identify Sales Trends: Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the sales team.
  7. Maintain Sales Systems: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the sales systems, including CRM and other sales tools.
  8. Communicate Insights: Communicate findings and insights from sales data and analysis to various stakeholders, including sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  9. Drive Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Train Sales Team: Train and onboard new sales team members on sales processes, systems, and tools to ensure they are equipped to drive sales success.
  11. Provide Sales Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the sales team as needed, including data requests, analysis, and report creation.
  12. Uphold Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies when handling sensitive sales data.
  13. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align on sales strategies and drive overall business goals.

Job Qualifications
