Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Broadcom. As the Regional Sales Director for our Global System Integrator (GSI) segment, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic partnerships with key GSIs in your designated region. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong leader with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. If you have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the GSI landscape, and a passion for driving business growth, we want to hear from you.

  1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the GSI segment in alignment with overall company objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key GSIs in the designated region to drive sales and revenue growth.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the GSI landscape to expand market share and increase revenue.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  7. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Negotiate and close sales deals with key GSIs, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  10. Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Travel within the designated region as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Sales Management: The Ideal Candidate For The Regional Sales Director - Gsis Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Gsi Market: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Global System Integrator (Gsi) Market, Including Key Players, Trends, And Challenges. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Develop Effective Sales Strategies And Build Strong Relationships With Gsis.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Regional Sales Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Negotiating With Gsis And Closing Deals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Also Have The Ability To Build Rapport And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking And Planning: The Regional Sales Director Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies To Achieve Revenue Targets. The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Analyze Market Trends And Competition To Identify New Opportunities And Drive Growth.

  • Leadership And Team Management: This Role Will Involve Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals. The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential. They Should Also Have Experience In Performance Management, Setting Goals, And Providing Feedback To Drive Results.
