  1. Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner relationships and drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key partners and create joint marketing plans.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for all partner-related activities.
  4. Create and manage partner marketing programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.
  5. Monitor and analyze partner marketing performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and implement partner enablement programs to educate and train partners on product offerings, sales strategies, and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for joint sales efforts with partners.
  8. Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partner strategies and initiatives.
  9. Work closely with the regional sales team to develop and execute joint business plans with key partners.
  10. Participate in regular business reviews with partners to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Represent the company at partner events and conferences, showcasing our products and services to potential partners.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve partner programs and processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activities, performance, and communication.
  14. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on partner strategy and programs.
  15. Stay informed on company products and services to effectively promote them to partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Partner Marketing, Programs, And Enablement Roles.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Technology Industry And Experience Working With Partners In This Space.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Successful Partnerships And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Partners At All Levels.
