Job Description

Prototyping new feature concepts, integrations, APIs. Translating customer issues into work of development teams. Writing Technical customer blogs on interesting topics such as using the Rally API for dummies. Troubleshooting API issues with customer or advising on best way to use our API to solve a customer problem. Filling gaps between support and engineering to keep customers successful. Working with product management to translate customer needs into planned work.

Job Qualifications

  • You have 7+ years of software development experience

  • 4+ years of experience in customer facing technical role

  • Written automated tests at all levels of the testing pyramid

  • Understand databases in both relational and NoSQL flavors like MongoDB and have tuned queries
