- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the UI development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and risks in the UI development process and propose effective solutions.

- Collaborate with other Principal Engineers and stakeholders to establish a long-term UI strategy for Broadcom's products.
- Ensure that all UI development is in line with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Continuously assess and improve the user experience of our products, taking into account customer feedback and market trends.
- Lead by example and promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
Strong Technical Background And Expertise In Ui Design And Development, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In The Field.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Front-End Technologies Such As Html, Css, Javascript, And Frameworks Like Angular, React, Or Vue.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Ui Projects, With A Focus On Delivering High-Quality And User-Friendly Products.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Mentor Junior Engineers.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field, With A Preference For Candidates With Additional Certifications Or Specialized Training In Ui Design.
