Principal Data Scientist

Work with diverse teams to understand business problems to solve – Customers, Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, Solution Architects, and Support. Gather data from disparate sources and build analytical experiments, models, reports, and dashboards using different data science techniques. Evaluate multiple approaches to the same problem with an eye for pros/cons for each. Clearly convey the significance of findings with an assessment tailored to individual problems, as well as the larger strategic impact for the business as a whole. Lead projects and guide other analysts/engineers. Ensure production quality methods to retrieve, condition, validate, synthesize, and manipulate data. Participate in customer and analyst meetings to understand and analyze their problems, and to present research results. Act as an ambassador for Broadcom, recruiting and motivating top talent.
