Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Packaging Technology Development Within The Semiconductor Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Package Design, Assembly, And Testing Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Semiconductor Packaging.
