NPI Test Engineer
Test and product characterization of microwave/RF, wireless communications products for the 4G/5G mobile phone market. Characterization of new RF FEM products, prior to release to manufacturing. Setup, validation and operation of new test capability developed in response to the fast evolving 4G/5G mobile communication standards. Support the transfer of new test systems to our overseas contract-manufacturing partners. Supporting the local R&D team by developing and executing mixed signal, RF/microwave on-wafer tests for RF filters, switches, and MIPI RFFE ICs. Supporting the local Product Engineering team by: Providing high volume, ATE characterization data; Hands on screening of pre-release prototype, customer samples; Operating and validating the test accuracy, repeatability and speed of newly developed ATE.
Hands on experience testing RF/microwave radio components with VSA, Network and Parametric analyzers
5+ years of related experience
Familiarity with high volume test automation in the form of wafer probers and ATE package handlers
