  • Manage the entire lifecycle of board products, from initial concept to mass production, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  • Utilize technical expertise and project management skills to drive innovation and continuously improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth and efficient product development and production processes.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and within budget delivery of products.
  • Conduct thorough product and process analyses to identify and solve potential issues before they arise.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any roadblocks or delays.
  • Implement and maintain best practices and procedures for new product introduction and production processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and evaluate materials and components for new products.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to identify potential opportunities for product improvement and cost reduction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulatory and safety standards throughout the product development and production process.
  • Continuously strive for excellence in all aspects of the role and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Npi Engineering For Production Board Products

  • Proficiency In Pcb Design And Layout Software, Such As Altium Or Cadence

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
