Proficiency In Industry-Standard Design Tools Such As Cadence, Synopsys, And Mentor Graphics.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Memory Circuit Design And Architecture.
Strong Understanding Of Memory Technologies Such As Dram, Sram, Flash, And Non-Volatile Memories.
Experience With Rtl Coding, Verification, Timing Analysis, And Physical Design For Memory Circuits.
