  1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure consistent and efficient production.
  2. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  5. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
  6. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  7. Assist in training new team members on manufacturing processes and procedures.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate department.
  9. Adhere to production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  10. Continuously monitor production processes for any potential risks and report any concerns to management.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements to improve manufacturing processes and procedures.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Education And Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, With Preference Given To Candidates With Additional Technical Training Or Certifications In Manufacturing Processes And Equipment.

  • Technical Skills: Ability To Operate And Troubleshoot Various Manufacturing Equipment And Tools, Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications, And Possess A Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Principles.

  • Experience: Previous Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Particularly In The Semiconductor Industry, Is Highly Desired. Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of Production Processes And Be Able To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Tech Manufacturing Setting.

  • Attention To Detail: A Successful Manufacturing Technician Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Be Able To Follow Detailed Instructions And Procedures Accurately. This Is Crucial For Ensuring The Quality And Consistency Of The Products Being Manufactured.

  • Communication And Teamwork: Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Well In A Team Setting Are Essential For A Manufacturing Technician. This Role Requires Collaboration With Other Technicians And Engineers, As Well As Effective Communication With Supervisors And Other Departments.
