  1. Operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure timely and accurate production of semiconductor and infrastructure software products.
  2. Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or product defects.
  4. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve production processes and product quality.
  6. Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  8. Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  9. Keep work area clean and organized to ensure efficient workflow.
  10. Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors and work together to find solutions.
  11. Continuously improve skills and knowledge to enhance job performance.
  12. Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to meet customer demand.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Manufacturing Operator 2 At Broadcom Must Have A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Previous Manufacturing Experience: Candidates Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Technical Skills: Candidates Must Have Technical Skills Such As Operating And Troubleshooting Automated Equipment, Understanding Blueprints And Schematics, And Basic Computer Skills.

  • Attention To Detail: A Manufacturing Operator 2 Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Products Are Manufactured According To Specifications And Meet Quality Standards.

  • Physical Abilities: This Role Requires Standing For Long Periods, Lifting Up To 50 Pounds, And Performing Repetitive Tasks, So Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
