- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or product defects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve production processes and product quality.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.

- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Manufacturing Operator 2 At Broadcom Must Have A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Previous Manufacturing Experience: Candidates Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Technical Skills: Candidates Must Have Technical Skills Such As Operating And Troubleshooting Automated Equipment, Understanding Blueprints And Schematics, And Basic Computer Skills.
Attention To Detail: A Manufacturing Operator 2 Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Products Are Manufactured According To Specifications And Meet Quality Standards.
