- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Assist in the development and improvement of technical support processes and procedures.

- Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mainframe Operating Systems And Software, Such As Ibm Z/Os, Ca Technologies, And Bmc Software.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues Related To Mainframe Software.
Experience With Mainframe Architecture, Including Storage, Networking, And Security.
Ability To Communicate Technical Information Effectively To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
