  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the global logistics operations of the company.
  2. Analyze and monitor supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with transportation providers, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan for product demand, inventory levels, and transportation capacity.
  5. Create and maintain shipping schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products.
  6. Monitor and analyze transportation costs and performance metrics to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics processes and train team members on these procedures.
  10. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management to implement relevant changes in processes and procedures.
  12. Participate in budget planning and cost analysis for logistics operations.
  13. Provide support for any logistics-related issues or inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Analysis, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Collect, Organize, And Analyze Large Sets Of Data.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning And Optimization Tools Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Logistics Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
