Job Description

Build highly reliable software solutions that may be used by all SpaceXers. Provide top-tier support for our supported tools to SpaceX employees: including service requests, problem reports, and bug reports. Strong ability to write clear and concise knowledge base articles and how-to documents to promote and facilitate self-service solutions. Support systems engineering and plugin development by clarifying problem, bug, and improvement reports to create maintainable tools. Analyze application usage and assist with maintenance and archival of old content, fields, and projects. Assist with process modeling, data conversions, and migrations from other ticket tools into Jira.

Job Qualifications

  • 12+ years related experience preferred

  • 3-4 experience administering Jira (knowledge of Confluence is a plus)

  • Jira Integration and plugin experience is required

  • Relational database knowledge and experience with most common RDBMS (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL)

  • Knowledge and use of REST APIs
