Instructional Designer

Works independently and collaboratively. Develops technical training courses for employees. Works cooperatively with all groups at the WSD Fort Collins Manufacturing site to provide instructional design consulting services to SMEs Provides regular updates to manager/supervisor on project statuses. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Assists team members with aspects of projects. Developing learning objectives. Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stake holders to gain content and application information. Designing course materials (including assessments).
