HR Business Partner

This position will be responsible for creating productive partnerships with the executive leaders and employees of our product divisions and our software divisions. This role is highly engaged with the executive leadership team of Broadcom. Implementing critical HR programs in the areas of compensation; performance management; stock equity; and performance bonus. Utilization of HR tools and systems to provide program analytics to leaders to drive decisions that optimize employee retention and productivity. Develop strong knowledge of the product and enterprise divisions to provide business driven HR recommendations. Establish strong relationships with leaders and employees. Work in collaboration with HR functions to improve program delivery; content; and processes. Partner with the global HR business teams to provide cohesive worldwide program implementation and HR support. Lead HR projects as required to support corporate initiatives and business objectives.
