  1. Conduct research and development activities for FBAR products, including design, fabrication, and testing.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for RF technology.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in FBAR technology to ensure Broadcom remains at the forefront of innovation.
  4. Design and optimize FBAR devices to meet performance and cost goals.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of FBAR products to ensure they meet quality and reliability standards.
  6. Provide technical expertise and support to other team members and departments.
  7. Generate and maintain detailed documentation of all R&D activities.
  8. Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  9. Effectively communicate project updates and progress to management and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and optimization in FBAR technology development processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In R&D Engineering, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fbar Technology And Its Applications.

  • Proficiency In Rf/Microwave Circuit Design And Simulation Tools.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Executing Projects Within Tight Timelines.
