  1. Responsible for maintaining and calibrating all equipment used in the semiconductor production process, with a strong focus on metrology equipment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  3. Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshoot any malfunctions to prevent production delays or quality issues.
  4. Develop and implement equipment improvement plans to increase accuracy and efficiency, while reducing costs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in equipment engineering and metrology, and incorporate them into our processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols when working with equipment.
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers on equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source new equipment and negotiate contracts for maintenance and repairs.
  9. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, identifying and addressing any areas for improvement.
  10. Communicate regularly with management and other departments to provide updates on equipment status, issues, and improvements.
  11. Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and validation processes.
  12. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to improve overall production processes.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for all equipment related matters, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for all equipment activities.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication within the team and across departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Equipment Engineering, With A Focus On Metrology Tools.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Mechanical Design.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Metrology Principles, Including Measurement Techniques, Calibration, And Data Analysis.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
