  1. Develop and implement company-wide employee relations strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  2. Handle employee grievances and conduct thorough and fair investigations in a timely manner.
  3. Advise and counsel employees and management on relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  5. Collaborate with HR partners and management to identify and address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  7. Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
  9. Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to promote open communication and trust.
  10. Act as a mediator and facilitator in employee relations matters to reach mutually beneficial solutions.
  11. Provide guidance and support to managers in handling performance and conduct issues.
  12. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to improve employee retention.
  13. Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  14. Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  15. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to employee relations matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Policies And Procedures
