- Develop and implement company-wide employee relations strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances and conduct thorough and fair investigations in a timely manner.
- Advise and counsel employees and management on relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR partners and management to identify and address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
- Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
- Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to promote open communication and trust.
- Act as a mediator and facilitator in employee relations matters to reach mutually beneficial solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in handling performance and conduct issues.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to improve employee retention.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to employee relations matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills
