
Design Automation Engineer

- Develop and implement design automation solutions to improve semiconductor design processes.
- Work closely with the design team to understand their needs and identify areas for automation.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation tools and scripts to ensure smooth functioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into the design flow.
- Research and evaluate new automation technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing automation processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Create and maintain documentation for design automation processes and tools.
- Train and support team members on the use of automation tools and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design automation.
- Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues in the design automation process.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all automation tasks.
- Communicate regularly with the design team to gather feedback and incorporate suggestions for improvement.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver automation solutions within the specified timeframe.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on automation progress and results.
- Continuously strive to innovate and improve existing design automation processes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Design Automation And Eda Tools.
Expertise In Scripting Languages Such As Perl, Tcl, Or Python.
Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Design Automation Tools And Methodologies, Including Rtl Synthesis, Static Timing Analysis, And Place And Route.
Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Collaborative Environment.
