
Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager for Arcot, Broadcom’s Payment Security Division, you’ll be responsible for managing a few of our largest banks and financial institutions. Gaining an in-depth understanding of our clients’ organizations and how they use Arcot’s services to achieve their business goals. Robustly governing the delivery of the Arcot service. Using your knowledge of the customer’s business goals to advocate on their behalf inside Payment Security. Becoming a Trusted Advisor able to assist in delivering a best-in-class payments strategy through your knowledge of the legal, technical and regulatory frameworks that govern their use of the service.
8+ years of related experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Professional Services & Engineering)
Experience in working with complex, multi-geographical customers
Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
