- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, while interacting with customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Broadcom, representing the company and its values in all customer interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Portfolio Management Within The Software Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Diverse Portfolio Of Customers, With A Focus On Retention And Growth.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Experience With Crm Software And Data Analysis Tools, With A Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Behavior.
