  1. Manage and grow the company's customer portfolio by identifying potential customers, building relationships with existing customers, and expanding business opportunities.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the customer's organization.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing them with product information, updates, and support.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the company's business objectives and drive customer success.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any potential issues.
  7. Act as a customer advocate within the company, advocating for their needs and providing feedback to internal teams for product and service enhancements.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential growth opportunities in the customer portfolio.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports to management on customer portfolio performance, including revenue, retention, and growth metrics.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive customer loyalty.
  11. Stay informed about competitors' products and services to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure consistency and high-quality customer service across the portfolio.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
  14. Attend conferences, industry events, and customer meetings to represent the company and promote our products and services.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Revenue Targets: As A Customer Portfolio Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Growing And Maintaining A Portfolio Of Key Customers. Therefore, Having A Track Record Of Consistently Achieving Revenue Targets And Meeting Sales Goals Is Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Build Strong Relationships Is Critical For A Customer Portfolio Manager. This Includes Being Able To Understand And Address Customer Needs, As Well As Effectively Negotiating And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Analytical And Strategic Thinking Abilities: In Order To Effectively Manage A Customer Portfolio, It Is Important To Have Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills.
